Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the right talent is in place to meet our business needs.
  • Develop and post job notices and advertisements to attract top candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Provide guidance to job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories to ensure the best fit for the position.
  • Arrange interviews with potential applicants and notify them of the results of the selection process.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
