Job Summary:

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to transport goods and materials within the warehouse
  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, meeting performance measurement guidelines
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Valid forklift operator's license certified
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
