**Job Summary**

CP Services is seeking a highly skilled Tank Terminal Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance and operations at our assigned location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform batch pigging and pipeline product changes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct custody transfer and quality sample collection to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Perform operational preventative maintenance assignments, including routine tank inspections, level and temperature accuracy checks, fire extinguisher, safety, and measurement equipment inspections.
  • Carry out terminal maintenance activities, such as stormwater management, vegetation control, lawn care, snow removal, arranging repairs, and completing minor repairs.
  • Complete general housekeeping duties of the terminal grounds and facilities as requested by the terminal supervisor.
  • Operate equipment, including loaders, skid steers, and telehandlers.
  • Responsible for completing security checks, operational checks, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Assist the electrical, mechanical, and pipeline maintenance departments when required.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED with 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with strong communication skills.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Experience operating loaders, skid steers, and telehandlers an asset.
  • Requires repetitive lifting, bending, crouching, standing, and lifting, up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis, physically demanding outdoor work.
  • Will be required to undergo various background screening, including but not limited to 3-year driving record and fit-for-work medical clearance.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Shift Schedule: 12-hour day and night rotation, including weekends to cover 24/7 operations.
  • Work requires frequent exposure to adverse weather conditions and the requirement to wear protective equipment, including donning an SCBA regularly.
