About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NLP Engineer or Large Language Model Architect to lead our NLP initiatives. This critical role involves refining and developing NLP models, particularly for pharmaceutical and research applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong NLP background, experience with large-scale models, and a problem-solving approach to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine NLP models to meet project demands.
  • Guide the transition and optimization of models across platforms.
  • Innovate in prompt engineering, model training, and refinement.
  • Collaborate with teams to incorporate NLP expertise and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Apply knowledge graphs to enhance model performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest embedding vectors and NLP technologies.
  • Direct concept extraction and entity recognition efforts.
  • Promote NLP best practices and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field and extensive NLP experience.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Hugging Face, Sinequa, and Amazon SageMaker.
  • Strong coding skills, especially in Python, with knowledge of NLP libraries.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
