About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned NLP Engineer or Large Language Model Architect to spearhead our NLP initiatives. This critical role involves refining and developing NLP models, particularly for pharmaceutical and research applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong NLP background, experience with large-scale models, and a problem-solving approach to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and refinement of NLP models to drive business outcomes.
  • Guide the transition and optimization of NLP models across platforms to ensure seamless integration.
  • Innovate in prompt engineering, model training, and refinement to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project demands, leveraging NLP expertise to drive success.
  • Integrate knowledge graphs to enhance model performance and drive business value.
  • Apply the latest advancements in embedding vectors and NLP technologies to stay competitive.
  • Direct the concept extraction and entity recognition efforts to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Promote NLP best practices and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field and extensive NLP experience.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Hugging Face, Sinequa, and Amazon SageMaker.
  • Strong coding skills, especially in Python, with knowledge of NLP libraries.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
