Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at IT Resource Hunter. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing large-scale Ads systems, optimizing relevance models and strategies, and working on NLP capabilities improvement and query understanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement large-scale Ads systems
  • Optimize relevance models and strategies, including semantic matching models, active learning, and ranking strategies
  • Work on NLP capabilities improvement and query understanding, including query classification, seq2seq, and NER
  • Work on CTR/CVR model estimation accuracy, data analysis, modeling, and feature engineering
  • Research and develop Ads pacing algorithms and ads traffic control
  • Partner with product managers and product strategy & operation team to define product strategy and features

Requirements:

  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Go, C/C++, and Python
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking systems, and recommendation systems
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in and a good understanding of one of the following domains: Search, Ads, Recommendation, Monetization Products, and Shopping Products
