We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at MyHealth Centre. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including ultrasound examinations, to help diagnose and treat medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including ultrasound examinations, to obtain high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and performing at optimal levels.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 0-2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging or a related field.
- CMRTO certification and current CPR certification.
- Vascular, MSK, and OB experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training, with a focus on staying current with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
