We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Shell Shop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Market Research: Study market trends and consumer demand to inform merchandise and services decisions.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
