We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at Shell Shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with consumer trends and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise Planning: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer demand and align with our business objectives.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the store.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
