Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Transformation Advisor to join our team at Enbridge. This role will be responsible for leading and supporting key source-to-pay initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, completion, and delivery of solutions that optimize invoice processing and approval workflows
  • Act as the primary contact for project activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process design and implementation
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure alignment to master schedules and goals
  • Support source-to-pay transformation initiatives, focusing on supplier collaboration and automation to minimize manual efforts and errors
  • Collaborate with change management teams to align communications, training, and processes with project goals
  • Facilitate and conduct review sessions with partners to ensure smooth execution and address any project-related concerns
  • Coordinate the development of presentation materials for management updates and committee communications
  • Drive continuous process improvements for supply chain management, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in procure-to-pay processes, including accounts payable and procurement, preferably in the oil and gas industry, along with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain, or logistics
  • Experience/exposure to change and project management, with familiarity in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP)

Working Conditions:

  • Work performed in a typical office environment with occasional travel to third-party service provider locations, business unit, and regional locations

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Grasping, kneeling, light-moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement, and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems, and collaborate/explore alternative solutions
