Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team as a Manager, Supply Chain Solutions in Toronto, ON.

This is a key role in our growing team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks across different areas of procurement, leveraging your versatility, initiative, and curiosity to drive value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in business transformation and governance to drive procurement initiatives and support the growth of our Ivalua delivery practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies for operational improvement within client organizations and their supplier networks.
  • Monitor procurement data for cost-saving opportunities and mentor team members on Ivalua solutions.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and contribute to thought leadership in supply chain innovation and digital transformation.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • Experience in procurement and consulting, with expertise in business transformation and governance.
  • Strong skills in performance improvement, process optimization, and change management.
  • Strong leadership and presenting skills.
  • Proven ability to write business cases and manage complex projects independently.
