Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process for our critical infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions, including staff and senior-level roles, using innovative methods and tools such as Boolean searches and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through effective networking and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, from pre-screening to onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS information, including employee data and recruitment records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR operations.
Requirements
  • College diploma in Human Resources or related field, or several years of relevant experience in lieu of diploma.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle staffing/recruitment experience, preferably in a related industry such as engineering or construction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with experience in recruitment software and tools.
