Job Title: Roofing Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Sellax Roofing. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to plan and execute roofing projects, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory, equipment, and supplies to optimize resource utilization.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure roofing systems meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in roofing or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
