About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Sellax Roofing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of roofers and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors, in noisy conditions, at heights, and in dusty environments.
  • Work Setting: Commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
  • Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, with overtime required.
