Job Title: Roofing Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Sellax Roofing. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and train a team of roofers in various aspects of roofing installation, including safety protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or defects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on roofing solutions and materials.
  • Manage inventory and materials to ensure efficient project execution and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, material usage, and quality control metrics.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in roofing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of roofers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques, including safety protocols and best practices.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
