About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at R.K. Fashion Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize future strategies
  • Manage Marketing Projects
    • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing projects, including social media, email, and event marketing
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing
    • Apply knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fashion or retail industry
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
