Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Speedtech Logistics Inc is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods over long distances
  • Inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
  • Communicate with central dispatch and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Class 1 Driver's License
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work overtime and be physically demanding
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the work hours are 50 hours per week.
