Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Fas Freight Carriers is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, working independently or as part of a two-person team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Obtain special permits and documents required for international routes
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
  • Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Valid passport
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
  • Medical exam
Work Environment:
  • Physically demanding
  • Sitting for extended periods
  • Willing to travel cross-border, internationally, and overnight
