Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Summa Architectural & Structural Metal Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Word.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and field work.
