Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Summa Architectural & Structural Metal Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, and MS Word.
