Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, and MS Word.
