About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Brar Sweets & Restaurant. Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are aligned with our restaurant's concept and brand.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen costs, including labor, ingredients, and supplies, to ensure that we are operating within budget.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
