Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Green Gables Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained. Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring and training of cleaning staff
- Coordinating activities of workers
- Inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommending additional services as needed
- Establishing work schedules
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and supervisory experience. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
