Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Green Gables Inn. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities.
- Establish work schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees in their transition to Canada. Our Housekeeping Supervisor will participate in a government or community program that supports this initiative.
Support for Youths: We also support youth employment initiatives and our Housekeeping Supervisor will participate in a program that supports this cause.
Support for Veterans: We recognize the sacrifices made by our veterans and our Housekeeping Supervisor will participate in a program that supports this community.
Support for Indigenous People: We are committed to supporting Indigenous people in their transition to Canada. Our Housekeeping Supervisor will participate in a program that supports this initiative.
