About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the customer-facing design of our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable designs and collaborating closely with both engineering and customer teams to ensure seamless feature implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the customer-facing design of new software features.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and technical teams to design the product's functionalities.
- Break down high-level requirements into detailed designs and communicate them to development teams.
- Work closely with the engineering team to assess feasibility and ensure efficient implementation.
- Manage Jira tickets to log detailed feature requests for developers.
- Test features hands-on before release to ensure they meet customer expectations.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical execution.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Solid understanding of software technology and general implementation processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of our software products from a customer perspective, with the ability to translate customer requirements into detailed design specifications.
- Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems.
- Proven experience in a technical product or project management role within software development.
- Familiarity with Beta testing processes and managing customer feedback loops.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement within teams, assist with onboarding, and support the hiring process for technical roles.
