Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Delta Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving guests and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
