Job Title: Manufacturing Process Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Developer to join our team at Royal Laser Mfg Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production processes that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
  • Inspect processes and oversee production to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Design plant layouts and production facilities to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and fire prevention plans
  • Conduct safety training programs and develop computer applications for machines and processes
  • Collect and analyze data and samples to inform production decisions
  • Develop manufacturing and processing procedures and assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD), AutoCAD, C++, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
