Manufacturing Process Coordinator

VTK Wheel Clips is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant work experience in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Inspect processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee production to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
- Set machine or equipment controls to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct work measurement or other studies to analyze and improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and carry out health, safety, and fire prevention plans to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collect and compile operational or experimental data to inform manufacturing decisions.
- Collect and analyze data and samples to ensure product quality and safety.
- Develop manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support business decisions.
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand product design and manufacturing requirements.
This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, including sustainable manufacturing practices and waste reduction.
