Key Holder

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of our store. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. You will also oversee essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, and possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills to develop the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Oversee essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
- Have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis
- Develop the sales team through coaching and mentoring
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the store
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
