At Young Fellas Construction Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to perform a variety of tasks to maintain our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris.
  • General Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Heavy Lifting: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Additional Tasks: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
