Job Title: Industrial Equipment Technician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team at Japa Equipment Rentals Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems, power tools, and other machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in industrial equipment
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts, including hydraulic systems and power tools
  • Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, including lubrication and cleaning
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, such as cranes and forklifts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
