Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth restaurant operation.
  • Implement operational procedures and determine the type of services to be offered, balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including inventory management and customer service.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work and willingness to relocate for this position.
