About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Laborer to join our team at eNature Greenhouses Inc. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grade and package produce to meet market standards
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses, equipment, and tools
  • Mix and apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to optimize growth and yield
  • Monitor and control pests and diseases to prevent damage to crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as harvesting, pruning, and weeding
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment
  • Reliability and punctuality
