We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1127244 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our retail sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Authorize returns and exchanges, and ensure that sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, retail business, willing to relocate, on-site customer service, gas bar.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask.
