Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Okanagan TH Holdings Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of 3-4 people, with the potential to manage a larger team
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Previous experience in retail or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

- Organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?

- What is the highest level of study you have completed?
Please note that this is a permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week.
