About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Management Advisor to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our IT Delivery sector, you will play a critical role in overseeing the activities of a squad dedicated to managing operational, technological, and cyber risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to operational, technological, and cyber risk management between the squad and the supported IT delivery unit.
  • Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Present the sector's risk posture to executives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to risk management.
  • Assess technological risks related to IT infrastructures, applications, and processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement security controls and risk mitigation measures.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in risk management, including at least 7 years of experience and 2 years in a functional leadership role. A degree in computer science, risk management, information security, or a related field is required. Proficiency in French is also essential.
