The Opportunity:

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our global digital offerings program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the successful tracking, planning, driving, and measuring of our go-to-market activity. This role reports to the global marketing lead for digital offerings and supports the wider digital orchestration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain documentation and databases of events, awards, content, and campaigns.
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate the distribution of internal and external newsletters and emails, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with our market research team to support the collection and analysis of market trends and competitors.
  • Support marketing event and trade show planning and execution, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the global marketing lead and digital orchestration team, ensuring efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in marketing software (Canva, Monday, etc.).
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
