Marketing Specialist

Cosmetic Physician Partners is a leading network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics in the US, dedicated to delivering exceptional results that improve the lives of our clients and team members.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and activities for our portfolio of clinics. This individual will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clinics, ensuring timely and effective execution of all marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage clinic-specific marketing calendars, coordinating with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in managing and executing email campaigns, gathering media assets, social media efforts, influencer partnerships, and event coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute website updates, content creation, and media assets for campaigns.
  • Monitor CRM data in HighLevel, tracking conversion rates, lead generation, and clinic performance.
  • Report campaign performance and key metrics to the clinic and marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign execution.
  • 3+ years of client services experience in an agency is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of CRM systems, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Experience in marketing calendar management and working across various internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
