About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Help Desk Analyst to join our team at 6 Digital Marketing Agency Inc. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other digital tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to technical issues, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources as needed.
  • Training and Development: Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties and improve their digital literacy.
  • Log Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring seamless access to digital resources.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
