Job Responsibilities: As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the contractual relationships within the EBSCO Clinical Decisions network of clinicians, ensuring a consistent experience from contracting to invoicing, and maintaining a database of contacts, COIs, contracts, and invoices. You will also coordinate with various stakeholders, including editorial teams, accreditation teams, external clinicians, legal, and other partners, and assist with policy development and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a solid educational background, with at least 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, and experience reviewing and handling sensitive information, as well as managing professional communications in the healthcare field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential. The salary offer will be based on your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience.
