About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to the physical demands of the job, including attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong client focus, dependability, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
