Job Description: Chief Pilot

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of flight operations, manage comprehensive training programs, and maintain regulatory compliance.

This key leadership role requires evaluating aircraft types, procedures, and equipment for operational suitability, as well as supervising a diverse team of flight operations personnel.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting pilot evaluations, and ensuring valid licenses, ratings, and certifications among flight crew members.

The ideal candidate will promote a culture of safety, overseeing accident and incident reports, and managing performance metrics for flight crews and staff.

Requirements
  • A valid ATPL(H) with an instrument rating and type rating(s) on company aircraft;
  • A minimum of 3,000 flight hours as pilot-in-command of multi-engine helicopters;
  • Experience as a Training Pilot, Approved Check Pilot, and in Search and Rescue operations.
