Chief Pilot

Job Summary:

Cougar Helicopters Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Chief Pilot to lead our flight operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, training, and regulatory compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all flight crew operations, overseeing comprehensive training programs, and maintaining compliance with aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all flight crew operations, including pilot evaluations and training programs
* Oversee comprehensive training programs to ensure compliance with aviation regulations
* Evaluate aircraft types, procedures, and equipment for operational suitability
* Supervise a diverse team of flight operations personnel

Requirements:

* Valid ATPL(H) with an instrument rating and type rating(s) on company aircraft
* Minimum of 3,000 flight hours as pilot-in-command of multi-engine helicopters
* Five years of relevant experience, including experience as a Training Pilot, Approved Check Pilot, and in Search and Rescue operations
