Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Showcase - Home of the Hottest Trends. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
