We are seeking a talented Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory, cash flow, and administrative duties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relations, improve communication skills, and support the store manager with daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement business plans and ensure completion of supporting activities to deliver expected outcomes.
  • Drive engagement by building meaningful connections with customers and provide personalized experiences.
  • Manage administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, and multitasking throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma/GED equivalent and some management training (preferred).
  • A valid Driver's License.
