Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for a full-time Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our Halifax office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business and operational growth in Halifax, New Brunswick, and the Atlantic regions.

You will have the strong possibility of advancing to a further leadership role, both at the provincial and regional level. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing business and operational growth strategies in conjunction with the Vice-President, Halifax.
  • Leading company-wide promotion efforts across Eastern Canada.
  • Managing administrative duties, including financial and staff management, staff development, and mentoring as applicable.
  • Marketing and proposals.
  • Preparation and review of reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Licensed P. Eng. with 15+ years progressive experience in municipal engineering, and at least 10 years working in a consultancy.
  • Project management (PMP) designation is an asset.
  • A strong ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and all levels of staff in a collaborative team environment.
