Job Summary

CBI Consultants Ltd. is seeking a Behavioural Consultant to join our team. As a Behavioural Consultant, you will work with clients to identify and address behavioural challenges, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address behavioural challenges
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work)
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Knowledge of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) principles and practices
  • Fluency in a second language
