Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Sr Specialist/ArchitectWe are seeking a highly technical and innovative SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Employee Central system, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure the Employee Central system using Custom objects, Role-based permissions, Report Center, MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, and Workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.
- Partner with Business and IT Product Teams for ongoing implementation and enhancements of the Employee Central Product.
- Engineering graduate, B.Computer Science / BSc IT or relevant Bachelor qualification.
- 6+ years of Relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management.
- 2+ End-to-End Employee Central Implementations.
- Conceptual Knowledge of SAP CPI - SAP ABAP and basic level of debugging preferred.
