Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Sr Specialist/ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Information Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering business solutions and resolving complex issues in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering scalable business solutions and support existing Employee Central applications
- Partnering with business and IT product teams for ongoing implementation and enhancements of the Employee Central product
- Ensuring smooth support for applications and finding root cause analysis for support issues on an ongoing basis
- Taking end-to-end ownership of results and being responsible for on-call and monthly system maintenance
- Implementing new features and improving capabilities of existing applications
- Actively contributing to identifying repetitive issues and exploring new ways of working
- Aiming to reduce support ticket numbers on a periodic basis
- Staying ahead of the curve with the latest SuccessFactors Employee Central releases and new product features
- Working closely with vendors for reporting issues and getting resolution
- Configuring the system using custom objects, role-based permissions, report center, MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows
- Maintaining accurate documentation of solution design, configuration settings, and system processes
- Engineering graduate, B.E. / BSc. Computer Science / BSc IT or relevant Bachelor qualification
- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management
- 2+ end-to-end Employee Central implementations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels
- Hands-on experience in compensation, variable pay, SuccessFactors RCM, onboarding, and LMS
- Conceptual knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP ABAP, and basic level of debugging
