Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Sr Specialist/ArchitectWe are seeking a highly technical and innovative Senior Specialist/Architect to join our team and drive growth for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management, with experience in implementing and enhancing the Employee Central Product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the system using Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports), MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, Workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- 6+ years of Relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off Management
- 2+ End to End Employee Central Implementations
- Conceptual Knowledge of SAP CPI
- SAP ABAP and basic level of debugging preferred
